Happy Holidays Loves! I hope you are enjoying this season with family, friends, lots of food, wine and laughter. My heart is so full as I type this post, so much so that I cannot quite put it into words.

When I started this series, I was going through a lot of things in my life: I had a broken heart and a crushed spirit.  Everything that could possibly go wrong was going wrong and most of the time, I was not as cheerful on the inside as I may have seemed on the outside. Some days were easier than others while others were extremely hard. But looking back now, all I can do is smile at how far I have come. One of my goals for 2017 was to share my truth and that is exactly what I did with this series. I shared my pains and lessons with you. I shared my victories and my joys. I shared my journey to help anyone who thinks they cannot come out of their negative situation. I left behind all the toxic things that were draining my life: People, habits and environments. I chose to love myself and only go for the things that honor who I am: My true and centered self. I am a walking depiction of how His grace and love are made strong in our weakness.

The biggest lesson I have learnt this year is that the realest and truest you can only emerge when you can love your now: your skin, your beauty, your weight, your bank account, your grades. When you can love your now as it it, regardless of whether it’s what you want for yourself or not, that is when the real you emerges. The you that says, “your body can be better darling but I love you just as you are”. I have learnt to stop waiting for things to get better so that I can love my now and  I am gradually falling in love with myself.

I just finished wrapping my new year’s gifts to all my close friends and family. I would not be where I am today if it were not for my strong support system who constantly remind me who I am: Enough, worthy, deserving, strong, powerful, overflowing. I am so grateful for all of you (I know that you are reading this). I know that sometimes I get really busy doing life that I don’t make much time for you but you all know how much I love you. Thank you for your love, thank you for always reminding me to keep my head up or my crown will slip. Thank you for waking me when I didn’t want to and for pushing me even when I was tired. Thank you for always offering your shoulder and comforting me with food, wine and/or chocolate. Thank you for making me laugh, for teaching me and for growing with me. Thank you for never giving up on me, despite being the stubborn handful that I am. Thank you for never trying to change me. I am so blessed to have all of you in my life and I am so thrilled to be going into 2018 with you.

To all of you who have been religiously reading my posts and sending me DM’s and emails, I do what I do for you guys. I am so grateful for your support and for the fact that you chose to join me in this journey. I am rooting for every single one of you loves and I wish you nothing short of the best in abundance this coming year.

This will be my last post for 2017. 2018, I’m ready for you darling. See you all on the other side. Wishing you nothing but abundance, favor, unwavering joy, inner peace, prosperity and overflow as we enter into this new year. 🙂
